Finca Vallejo is made with grapes of our 800 m altitude vineyards in the village of Villalba de Duero, Burgos, where the continental climate and the chalky-clay soils are ideal for growing vines.
Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature and is aged for 6 months in french and american oak barrels.
